Durable Construction: Constructed with UV and weather-resistant UL 94-V0 and 94-5VB ABS plastic, the CVS 301 features a plated steel fire can enclosure. The powder-coated aluminum mesh grille offers dust protection, ensuring the speaker remains functional and aesthetically pleasing over time.
Versatile Installation: The CVS 301 includes multiple transformer taps for 70V and 100V line systems or an 8 Ohm direct input, providing flexibility for various installation needs. The speaker comes with a low insertion loss 15W line transformer and an easily accessible tapping switch for easy adjustments.
Comprehensive Installation Package: The speaker is supplied with an integral zinc-plated steel back can with a recessed termination box, a steel cover, and a strain relief clamping mechanism for fire-rated cabling. The package also includes security toggle clamps, two tile support rails, and one C-ring, ensuring a straightforward and secure installation. A plaster (mud) ring is available separately.
