The Unica 8M | 2K8 features three configurable 1Gb networking ports, allowing for flexible daisy-chain and Dante-redundant network topologies. With two operating modes, Switched and Split-Redundant, users can achieve optimal network performance while meeting stringent security requirements through advanced configuration options.
Equipped with Power over Ethernet (PoE) input, the Unica platform ensures continuous operation in the event of mains power loss, providing a short wake-up time when power is restored. Additionally, enhanced power sharing capabilities allow each output channel to deliver up to twice the rated power when asymmetrically loaded, offering versatility in system design and specification.
Designed for ease of use and maintenance, the Unica platform features a front panel LCD display for quick access to amplifier status and general information. With Powersoft’s ArmoníaPlus software, users can easily adjust amplifier parameters, load speaker presets, and tune complex systems with precision and efficiency.
The Unica platform also incorporates eco-friendly features such as Eco Mode, which automatically reduces energy consumption by turning off idle output channels when audio is not detected.
