Body and Finish: The Epiphone Les Paul Prophecy Black Aged Gloss features a Les Paul body shape made from mahogany, topped with a carved Hard Maple cap and AAA Flame Maple veneer. The body is finished in an elegant aged gloss.

Neck and Fingerboard: The neck is made from mahogany and has an asymmetrical Slim Taper profile for enhanced playability. It features a 628.0 mm / 24.724 in scale length, an ebony fingerboard with a 305.0 mm / 12.007 in radius, and 24 jumbo frets. The Graph Tech NuBone XL Black nut measures 43.0 mm / 1.692 in in width and 57.35 mm / 2.257 in at the end of the board. The fingerboard inlays are a striking combination of block and triangle in abalone, complementing the body color.

Hardware: The hardware is finished in brushed nickel, including the Epiphone LockTone Tune-O-Matic bridge and stop bar tailpiece. Grover Locking Rotomatic tuners ensure tuning stability, while the knurled metal control knobs add a touch of style. The dual-action truss rod has a 2-ply, 3-hole bell cover.

Electronics: This guitar comes equipped with custom-voiced Fishman Fluence Epiphone Prophecy Neck and Bridge pickups. These pickups offer versatile tones, with controls including 2 push/pull volume knobs for coil splits and 2 push/pull tone knobs for vintage/modern pickup sounds. The 3-way toggle switch and heavy-duty 1/4″ output jack complete the electronics setup.

Additional Details: The guitar does not include a pickguard but features black PVC plastic parts, a battery compartment on the back plate, and brushed nickel strap buttons located at the bottom and heel. The instrument ships with .010, .013, .017, .026, .036, .046 gauge strings, and an optional case is available separately.
