Body and Neck: The Epiphone IGCKEXB-ANA 1958 Korina Explorer features a solid Korina body and a Korina neck, known for their lightweight and resonant qualities. The neck has a long tenon for enhanced stability and a 1958 Explorer neck profile, offering a comfortable playing experience. The Indian laurel fretboard adds warmth and smooth playability, while the aged gloss finish enhances the vintage look of the guitar.
Hardware: This guitar is equipped with premium gold hardware that includes Epiphone Deluxe tuning machines and an ABR-1 style bridge. The LockTone Stop Bar tailpiece ensures reliable performance and tuning stability. Electronics: For superior sound quality, the 1958 Korina Explorer is fitted with Gibson Burstbucker 2 and Burstbucker 3 pickups. These pickups are wired to individual volume controls and a master tone control, using CTS potentiometers and a Mallory capacitor for precise tonal adjustments. A three-way Switchcraft pickup selector switch offers versatility in sound selection.
Additional Features: The guitar proudly displays an Epiphone x Gibson Custom logo on the back of the headstock, marking its exclusive partnership. It also includes a hardshell case for secure transportation and storage.
