The DSP optimizes performance for different environments, providing crystal-clear sound with minimal distortion. Users can easily adjust settings for seamless integration with other system components.
Real-Time Monitoring: With integrated RD-Net and Near Field Communication (NFC™) sensors, real-time monitoring becomes straightforward. These technologies allow users to remotely control the system via dBTechnologies’ Aurora Net software. High-brightness LED indicators further simplify setup by visually guiding users through the process.
Cardioid Preset: The cardioid preset button automatically configures the subwoofer for rear sound cancellation when used in gradient stacked configurations. This reduces unwanted sound on stage and provides a more focused sound in the audience area.
Delay and Timing Control: An on-board delay module allows for up to 9.9 ms of delay adjustment, ensuring perfect timing alignment in large or complex setups. The delay can be configured in 0.1 ms increments for maximum precision.
Durable Construction: Built with multiplex plywood and coated with polyurea paint, the VIO S218 is designed for rigorous touring conditions. The durable housing ensures long-lasting reliability and protection against the elements, while its aluminum side handles make transportation easier.
DanteTM Ready: The VIO S218 is equipped for future upgrades with an optional Audinate DanteTM AoIP protocol, ensuring the system remains future-proof and easily adaptable to advanced audio network infrastructures.
