The DP48 works seamlessly with Midas personal monitoring system hubs. Performers create balanced mixes using 12 stereo groups. Its dual-mix capability allows control of two complete monitor mixes from a single unit.
An integrated SD card interface allows stereo recording and playback of rehearsals and performances. A built-in stereo ambience microphone restores natural stage space with in-ear monitors. Studio-quality reverb, independent of the main console, adds depth and realism.
The system uses AES50 connectivity for reliable digital audio. Compatible Midas hubs supply power via Power over Ethernet. The DP48 supports 44.1 or 48 kHz AES50-equipped Midas and Behringer consoles and I/O boxes. It automatically receives channel names and colour information from Midas PRO Series and M32 consoles.
AES50 return channels allow personal mixes to be sent back to the console or hub, perfect for wireless IEM transmitters. Remote control works up to 100 metres over screened CAT5/5e cable. A 2.4-inch colour TFT display, analogue aux input, high-power headphone output, and adjustable limiter make the DP48 ideal for modern stage demands.
